Job Summary:
Configured service notifications, service orders, repairs, warranties, returns.
Managed service contracts, billing, pricing, item categories, partner functions.
Integrated CS with SD, MM, FI and supported SLA/KPI tracking.
Delivered UAT support, training, service workflow optimisation.
Sales & Distribution (SD)
Delivered core Order-to-Cash processes: quotations ? sales orders ? delivery ? billing.
Configured pricing, ATP, shipping, and credit management.
Supported intercompany sales, third-party orders, and return/refund flows.
Coordinated with FI for tax & invoice posting.
Logistics Execution (LE)
Supported goods receipt/issue, picking, packing, shipment, POD.
Integrated SD - MM - WM for smooth supply-chain flow.
Helped optimise delivery scheduling, routing, & transport activities.
Cross-Functional
Conducted workshops; prepared Functional Specs (RICEFW).
Worked with ABAP team for enhancements & reports.
Managed SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and post-go-live support.
