My client are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Facilities Site Lead to join their team on a high-profile global client site in Sandyford. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a well-established Irish FM provider delivering best-in-class services.
About Your New Role
Your new role would be the Electrical Facilities Site Lead managing a team of technicians across multiple buildings in the one location. You will also be expected to be hands on when needed.
Lead and supervise a team of multi-skilled engineers and electricians on site
Act as the primary technical authority for all electrical systems
Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed efficiently
Oversee LV electrical systems, lighting, power distribution, generators, UPS systems, and associated plant
Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with site standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives and energy efficiency projects
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with H&S regulations
Liaise directly with the client and provide regular performance updates
What Skills You Need
Trade qualified electrician with relevant certifications
Minimum 2 years management experience managing a site and team of technicians
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, BMS, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and fault finding
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Strong client-facing communication abilities
Must have a full Irish drivers licence
