My client is an independent creative agency known for developing meaningful, insight-driven campaigns for major public and private-sector brands.
With a collaborative culture and teams spread across multiple international offices, they pride themselves on combining strategic thinking with strong creative execution.
They are now expanding their Dublin presence and are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join the team.
This role will be embedded with one of their key long-term clients in the public-services/transport sector, spending part of the week on-site with the client and working closely with a range of stakeholders to deliver high-profile national campaigns.
This role offers fantastic potential for advancement in the client organisation.
The Role My client is looking for a proactive, organised and strategically minded Senior Account Executive who can help drive complex, multi-channel marketing activity from planning to delivery.
You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, external suppliers and partner agencies to ensure that campaigns run smoothly, meet objectives and are aligned with the client's broader communications strategy.
You'll play a central role in shaping integrated campaigns—from concept development through to execution—across branding, advertising, digital, research, and public-facing initiatives.
This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, clear communication, and an ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
Key Responsibilities Lead the development and rollout of branded marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring that all activity aligns with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
Manage integrated communications plans, overseeing workflows, timelines and delivery from initial brief through to final assets.
Act as a key point of contact for external agencies, giving direction on creative, media, digital and PR outputs to maintain cohesion across channels.
Take ownership of campaign performance—budget tracking, reporting, analysis, and optimisation across all advertising activity.
Coordinate the production and delivery of campaign assets, ensuring consistency, accuracy and timely execution.
Commission and interpret research to assess effectiveness, audience behaviour and campaign impact, turning insights into clear recommendations.
Maintain strong relationships with operators, contractors and partner organisations to support smooth delivery and alignment across all communications.
Monitor industry trends, international best practice and sector developments to inform future strategy and strengthen campaign performance.
Support daily account operations, helping to coordinate internal workflows and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and outputs.
