Quality Compliance Officer
A Residential Services Role for a Quality Compliance Officer is available. The position involves supporting the team with audits and implementing quality improvements.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out audits, set action plans, monitor progress, and report on regulatory compliance.
* Lead and participate in quality improvement projects and report on their progress.
* Maintain electronic data on compliance programs and provide reports from analysis and monitoring.
Salary and Working Conditions:
This is a full-time salaried position averaging 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A hybrid role allows flexibility between working from home and other locations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of a Level 7 qualification in Social Care Studies or equivalent relevant qualification.
* Demonstrable experience in Service Delivery in a Social care setting.
* Candidates must possess competencies and skills appropriate to working with persons with an intellectual disability.
* Strong research, auditing, and analysis skills, as well as proficiency in IT skills relevant to the role.
