BMS Engineer 1632SimoTech has an exciting opportunity for ahighly skilled BMS Engineer to join our team supporting our pharmaceutical clientin Co. Dublin on a major site expansion project. This role offers the chance towork on state -of -the -art automation technologies in a world -class life sciencesfacility.The BMS Engineer will be responsible for thedesign, development, integration, and lifecycle support of Building ManagementSystems (BMS) and related automation solutions for a large -scale expansion.KeyResponsibilitiesProvidetechnical leadership and troubleshooting for the BMS during project executionand handover.Developand optimise control strategies for HVAC, clean room environments, and energymanagement systems. Supportthe design and implementation of BMS solutions for critical utilities andenvironmental systems supporting biologics manufacturing.Prepareand review design specifications, validation protocols, and technicaldocumentation.Integrate BMS with PCS, SCADA,and IT systems to ensure seamless operation across the site.Participatein installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) activities for BMSand associated automation systems.Collaborate with processengineering, quality, validation, and IT teams to ensure robust and compliantautomation solutions. Liaisewith vendors and contractors for system design, integration, and support.Ensurecompliance with GMP, GxP, FDA, and client global standards, including dataintegrity and 21 CFR Part 11.Key Requirements Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline Minimum 5 years' experience inautomation engineering within the life sciences industry (pharmaceuticals orbiotechnology). Provenexpertise in Building Management Systems, ideally Siemens Desigo. Strongunderstanding of GMP/GxP regulations and their application to automationsystems.
