Legal Specialist - Multinational - Cork - €66k - 11 month contract
Main responsibilities
Assisting with the maintenance and, as needed, formation and dissolution of Irish and foreign subsidiaries.
Supporting business and legal functions across EMEA on corporate governance and compliance matters.
Liaising with other members of the International Corporate Law team.
Identifying opportunities to streamline corporate legal workflows.
Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in a similiar role.
Experience with entity management databases and document management systems.
Experience in international Corporate Law matters.
Relevant qualification.
