These positions start in Aug **** for candidates who have or will have graduated within the last 2 years from a Level 8 Degree or above in a relevant discipline with a 2.1 result or higher.

The AO Global Engineering Development Programme provides participants the opportunity to be part of a global team, with exposure to cutting-edge technology from additive manufacturing and robotics, as well as interactions with market-leading R&D and marketing teams from across the 9 Stryker divisions.

Requirements
Candidates must have already attained or be on course to attain a 2.1 result in a Level 8 or above engineering course or related discipline.
Self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic and results-oriented team environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively work cross-functionally and with global teams.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, product and process design.
This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
