As a key member of our operations team, we are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead our catering and service operations in Ireland.

3. Oversee in-unit catering operations to guarantee timely delivery and high-quality presentation.
4. Communicate effectively with line managers to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.
5. Represent the company and maintain a positive brand image through excellent customer service and interaction.
6. Identify opportunities for new food or service concepts to enhance the customer experience.
7. Liaise between customers and culinary and service teams to provide a personalized approach to event planning.
8. Support and train teams to improve skills and knowledge, driving employee engagement and retention.
9. Implement and review health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
