What you'll be doing
Maintenance of information in relevant files.Generation of periodic reports, KPIs & Statistics as required.Communication with external parties & customers as required.Administration of Salesforce requests and approvalMaintenance of FSQ &HSE Intelex systemIntelex site superuserProcedure & SOP updating on relevant systems.Internal Audit participation.Coordination of Laundry & lockers for medium careRoutine tasks as assigned by the QA function (eg swabs, metal checks, audit prep)Ad Hoc Administration requirements
What you can bring to the role
A third level qualification in a Science related discipline is desirable, but not essential.Comfortable with analysis of data using Microsoft Excel.Good communication skills and attention to detail.The successful candidate must be organised, systematic and should possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Ability to be flexible and adaptable to respond to changing demands.Proficient in the use of MS Office tools,SAP & Intelex documentation System experience desirable, but not essential.
