This role drives food safety standards and promotes a strong quality culture across the site.
* Culture Champion: Promote positive behaviours, coach team members, and lead root cause investigations.
* Food Safety & Culture: Ensure all team members are trained and competent to perform tasks safely, drive safety improvements through behaviour-based safety observations.
Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and implement technical excellence strategies, driving continuous improvement.
* Promote a culture of learning, development, and performance excellence.
Team Development & Performance:
* Manage and develop the Quality Team, build strong relationships and foster a high-performing, engaged team.
* Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring adherence to standard work.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
* Utilise data analytics to inform strategic decisions, driving business outcomes.
