A key professional is required to oversee commercial activities for a grid infrastructure upgrade in Mayo and Roscommon.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee the management of project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Manage contract administration, including variations, change orders, and agreements with subcontractors.
* Coordinate procurement activities and ensure proper documentation from suppliers/subcontractors.
* Prepare and review regular project updates, budget revisions, and commercial reports for stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years experience in commercial management on utility projects with a main contractor.
* Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects involving underground cabling, overhead lines, and substation works.
* Proven track record in managing budgets, cost control, and contractual obligations.
