About the RoleSenior Currency Administration Implementation (CAI) Specialist leads project management for new Currency Administration (CA) implementations, focusing on client engagement and an efficient, transparent, low‑risk onboarding process.ResponsibilitiesGlobal CA implementations project management: serve as single point of contact with clients, internal and external data agents, liquidity providers and prime brokers; ensure efficient transition between CA Sales, Product, Trading and Business teams; coordinate with Onboarding, Legal, Compliance and Risk to secure documentation prior to Live Date.Operations management: develop expert knowledge of the CA product; oversee implementation of CA parameters and static data into calculation and trading platforms; build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders; facilitate onboarding of all new CA mandates to BBH’s execution models (Principal vs Agency).Business analysis and facilitation: determine how changing business needs affect systems, products and processes; contribute solutions and efficiencies for day‑to‑day operations; participate in ad‑hoc project management activities supporting the wider FX department.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent.5–7 years of relevant experience in financial services.Knowledge of project management principles, practices, tools and techniques.Experience with Microsoft Office and standard desktop tools.Extremely strong attention to detail.Strong consultative and advisory skills; ability to work and communicate professionally with internal and external clients.Capability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities while meeting deadlines.Strong problem‑solving, organisational and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.We value diverse experiencesApplicants with diverse backgrounds and transferable skillsets are encouraged to apply, even if they do not meet every qualification listed.
