The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and office interiors. Your New Job Assist senior managers in the planning and execution of fit-out projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and schedules. Attend site meetings, take minutes, and maintain accurate project documentation. Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Participate in procurement activities and tender reviews. Contribute to weekly updates, claims, and closeout reports. Job Requirements 35 years experience in a construction or fit-out environment. Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. Familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam is a plus. Full driving licence preferred.
