What You'll Be Doing
Back-End (Python / Django)
* Build and refine a robust Django backend powering a nationwide property platform
* Write clean, scalable, testable Python that stands the test of time
* Design and optimise high-performing APIs
Front-End (JavaScript / Modern Frameworks)
* Modernise and improve the current JavaScript layer
* Shape UI/UX in collaboration with the founders
* Introduce and evaluate frameworks like
React

Vue

Angular
* Bring polish and responsiveness using
Tailwind

Bootstrap
or similar
AI & Innovation
* Identify opportunities to integrate
Generative AI
and
ML frameworks
(OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow)
* Build AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual effort and deliver smarter insights
* Work on features that genuinely transform the way property managers operate
Collaboration & Strategy
* Work directly with the founding team on architecture, product direction and feature planning
* Influence core decisions as one of the earliest technical hires
* Help shape engineering processes, best practices and long-term roadmap
What We're Looking For
Technical
* 5+ years' full-stack experience (or an exceptional project portfolio)
* Strong Python and Django fundamentals
* Solid JavaScript skills and familiarity with modern frameworks
* Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases
* Comfortable with AWS environments (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda)
* Experience integrating AI/LLM tools is a major plus
