Overview
Workday is seeking Business Development Representatives to join the expanding DACH team in Dublin, Ireland.
The role involves proactively building relationships with prospects for Workday and collaborating with the accounts executive team across EMEA to develop sales activity.
The role provides exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments as required.
Responsibilities
Apply consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
Position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions and educate the market on our technology and applications.
Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies.

About You
Basic Qualifications: Advanced English plus fluent German; 1 year of experience in sales, sales development, recruitment, customer service, renewals, consulting, or internships.
Other Qualifications: Salesforce knowledge is a plus; credible and value-driven communication; ability to articulate the value of technology; strong verbal and written English communication for relationship building; business acumen and a passion for innovation; highly motivated, tenacious, and detail-oriented approach.
