The opportunity
Join our People Consulting team and help shape the future of work. You’ll work on exciting transformation programmes that make a real difference to our clients. From strategic workforce planning to embedding cultural change, you’ll be part of a team that’s driving sustainable impact across organisations.
Your key responsibilities
* You’ll lead and support client delivery, manage projects, and contribute to the growth of our practice.
* You’ll build trusted relationships, provide expert workforce planning advice, and help shape our service offerings.
* You’ll also support recruitment and mentor junior team members.
Skills and attributes for Success
* You’re confident with workforce planning, including demand and supply analysis and data insights.
* You understand organisation design and change management.
* You’re a strong communicator, problem solver, and collaborator who can influence stakeholders and deliver practical solutions.
Ideally, You’ll also have an appreciation for data and technology in workforce planning, and experience in professional services or large organisations.
