Responsibilities To provide efficient and effective care to residents on a person-centered basis To promote high standards of professional nursing practice.
Ensure support and comfort are given to the patient.
Ensure all admissions to the home are carried out correctly and all appropriate documentation completed Daily management support provided by CNM/DON Requirements Must be registered with An Bord Altranais/Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Strong clinical, leadership, and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated sound decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree (required).
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (preferred) Benefits Comprehensive induction training.
