As our Revenue Operations Manager, you will build the operational backbone of our Go-to-Market teams.
You'll design and optimise systems, processes, and structures that drive efficiency, transparency, and scalable growth.

Responsibilities
Build and scale RevOps infrastructure (funnel, forecasting, pipeline management)
Deliver forecasting & revenue insights (analyses, dashboards, KPI visibility)
Standardise processes (discounts, contracts, deal reviews)
Own and optimise the Sales Tech Stack (Odoo, HubSpot, automation)
Support strategic planning (capacity, quotas, incentives, enablement)
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Product, CS, Finance)
Requirements
5+ years' experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
Proven success in building scalable GTM processes and systems
Strong knowledge of CRM, reporting and automation tools (e.g. Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel, Looker, Tableau)
Analytical, hands-on, project-driven, and an effective communicator
Ambition to grow from operational doer into a strategic key player
