Cloud Services Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Services Coordinator to play a vital role in providing Level 2 IT support and contributing to the development of our cloud services.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between junior technicians and senior-level staff, overseeing the internal IT infrastructure's maintenance, and ensuring reliability and efficiency.
* Technical Responsibilities:
o Provide Level 2 IT support, resolving escalated issues from Level 1 engineers.
o Act as a technical advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on IT solutions.
o Oversee the internal IT infrastructure's maintenance, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
o Develop and enforce best practices for cloud deployment, management, and security.
o Ensure the delivery of high-quality managed services, meeting and exceeding service level agreements.
o Assist with the development and execution of the company's cloud strategy, aligning it with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
* Administrative & Coordination:
o Hold weekly team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and align on goals.
o Monitor client and user satisfaction with IT services, implementing improvements based on feedback.
o Oversee external IT support services, including helpdesk operations, incident resolution, and service request delivery.
o Meet with clients to understand their business requirements and translate these into IT solutions.
o Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards for the company.
o Document processes and solutions to ensure knowledge continuity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in an IT support role, with Level 2 support responsibilities.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with cloud services and deployment of Microsoft 365.
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks and security practices.
* Ability to develop IT policies, procedures, and standards.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
