We're hiring a Watch Coordinator to sit back-of-house, linking Customer Service and the Workshop so every repair, adjustment and engraving runs like clockwork.As they are a Luxury Retailer, weekend availability would be required. They have a 5 day / 37.5 hr week, and rotate the occasional weekend.The roleOwn the repair/adjustment workflow: book-ins, job cards, engraving requests, links/batteries/straps, and quality checks.Rolex repair coordination: take end-to-end ownership of inbound/outbound Rolex repairs, ensuring brand standards and compliance.Parts management: check and track parts availability; raise and follow up on orders for the watch department/workshop to ensure sufficient supply.Estimates & documentation: prepare accurate estimates/quotes; send for approval; capture all notes in Excel and brand databases (incl. Rolex systems).Customer updates: provide clear, professional written updates on progress, ETAs, approvals and completions.Completions: issue collection/dispatch notifications with a concise summary of work performed.Records & reporting: maintain immaculate Excel/CRM records (serial numbers, reference/model codes, repair order numbers, service notes, warranty status, costs); compile weekly workshop progress reports for store and senior management.Liaison: work closely with watchmakers/technicians daily to progress jobs and hit SLAs; maintain constructive relationships with Rolex and other brand teams.Standards: uphold luxury service and brand policies across every touchpoint.About youExceptional attention to detail and ownership mindset.Fluent in Excel (filters, lookups; pivot-level comfort preferred) and confident with databases/CRMs.Excellent written communication—polite, concise, customer-ready.Calm, organised and deadline-driven in a fast, premium environment.Nice-to-have: genuine interest in watches (you know your links from your lugs).Useful backgroundsWatch/Jewellery workshop or coordinator roles.Customer Service roles with strong written comms and case ownership.Experience in other luxury watch/jewellery retailers.What's on offer€35,000+ (DOE) + bonus, pension, paid holidays, and additional benefits.Work with iconic brands and expert watchmakers.Immediate start available.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionEmployee discountStore discountWork Location: In person
