As General Manager, you will:
Lead & Inspire Your Team
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and development.• Act as a hands-on leader setting the standard for service by working closely with the team on the floor.
Drive Business Performance
• Take full responsibility for the venue's performance with strong focus on budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.• Use performance data to make informed commercial decisions that maximize profitability.
Create an Unforgettable Atmosphere
• Be the venue's leading ambassador ensuring a vibrant, welcoming, and compliant environment at all times.• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and strong service recovery skills.
