This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone organised, professional, and comfortable handling both customer interactions and general office duties.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, answering phone calls, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
The role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.
Key Duties Process customer sales orders quickly and accurately.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer queries.
Handle general administrative and clerical tasks.
Maintain up-to-date records and filing systems.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations.
About You Previous administration or office experience is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and computer literacy.
Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
