Job Description:
Based in our permanent offices in Co. Carlow, we are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Quality Management – Business Process Analyst. The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and oversee the management system to ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance and improve processes through reporting and analytics. The Graduate Business Process Analyst will implement and maintain processes for group-wide quality management, manage internal and external audits, and support Corporate & Operational Risk Management and reporting.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update SOPs / WSIs, forms, and management system documents, ensuring correct revision levels and distribution across the Group based on audit findings.
* Ensure trade performance qualifications and certifications are current, organized, and maintained.
* Develop and deliver training for management to reduce quality issues and enhance understanding of quality objectives.
* Develop and deliver employee training on Quality System, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and QA standards & tools.
* Analyze data, generate reports, communicate feedback, and uphold quality assurance objectives aligned with Group policies (Construction, Design, Manufacturing, and support functions).
* Review internal quality audit data and corrective actions to improve processes and procedures.
* Handle communication related to customer complaints and investigations; prepare reports on complaints, investigations, quality trends, and KPIs.
* Develop and manage audit processes for subcontractors regarding suitability, quality performance, and non-conformances.
* Document current processes, risks, improvement initiatives, objectives, and goals.
* Assist in maintaining Group Corporate & Operational Risk Registers and track treatments.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred in Engineering, Science, or related Business field. 0-1 years of experience in construction or manufacturing quality control/assurance is advantageous.
* ISO certification experience is preferred.
* Ability to learn new techniques, multitask, and maintain accurate records.
* Detail-oriented with a strong safety awareness.
* Excellent communication skills, effective across all organizational levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Database Management; experience with Power BI is a plus.
* Ability to identify trends, insights, and make recommendations.
* Strong presentation skills and time/resource management.
