Quality Performance Manager
The ideal candidate will monitor employee performance metrics and quality standards, conducting regular reviews and providing actionable feedback to team members.
* Analyze data to identify areas for improvement within teams.
* Collaborate with leads to ensure alignment on quality expectations and goals.
* Provide backup to the training department when required.
* Perform administrative duties as needed.
The successful candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field, and proven experience in quality assurance or a similar analytical role.
