A seasoned Human Resources professional is required to join our team in a key advisory role.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert HR support to the leadership team, focusing on operational functions such as talent management, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, workforce tracking, payroll coordination, employee engagement, well-being and various HR projects.
They will also be responsible for leading on all operational functions of HR activities including talent management, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, workforce tracking, compilation of board reports, payroll coordination, employee engagement, well-being and various HR projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an advisory capacity
* Degree in a HRM or Business Management related discipline
* CIPD accreditation desirable
* Strong employee relations experience, working on grievance/disciplinary procedures whether in an investigatory or advisory capacity
* Employment law qualification desirable
* Must be able to drive/have own car attendance to offices is required
* 2 days office based, 3 days remote
