Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong bookkeeper with a strategic mindset to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function for two growing offices.
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for managing the financial operations, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting, and providing strategic financial insight to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day financial operations of two offices, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general bookkeeping.
* Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports for the sales team.
* Liaise with external accountants and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Accounting Technician or relevant experience as a senior bookkeeper with equivalent expertise.
* Minimum 5+ years of relevant bookkeeping experience, ideally within a small or growing business.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with excellent written and proofreading skills.
* Good working knowledge of Accounting Software's and MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
