Job Description A leading Irish real estate development and investment group is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its growing investment team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to work on live deals, financial modelling, and strategic portfolio decision-making across residential, rental, affordable and mixed-use projects.
The Role: You will work closely with senior team members on: Financial modelling, scenario analysis and project appraisals.
Preparing investment materials, acquisition memos and business cases.
Market research across private, affordable, commercial and rental sectors.
Assessing early-stage development feasibility and deal structuring.
Supporting ongoing portfolio monitoring and reporting to senior leadership.
Your Experience: 2–3 years' experience in a finance, investment, lending or consulting role.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Interest in real estate development and the wider built environment.
Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
Clear communicator who can present work with confidence.

Requirements • Chartered Surveyor and a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance • 7-10 years of experience in asset management in the real estate industry • Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
