Supply Chain Manager
Reports to: VP of Operations

Role Overview
An experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager is required to lead end-to-end materials management across the supply chain—from supplier receipt through production to delivery of finished goods. This role ensures material availability, inventory integrity, and supply continuity within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Maintain optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted production.
Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring proper labelling, segregation, and storage conditions.
Manage stock across internal and external locations.
Monitor reorder points, shelf life, and expiry to prevent shortages or obsolescence.
Lead annual physical inventory and resolve discrepancies.
Planning & Operations
Align materials availability with production demand through close collaboration with planning and operations teams.
Support production scheduling based on demand plans.
Coordinate with Quality on inspection and release of materials.
Manage purchase orders in line with supplier agreements.
Lead ERP system implementation and maintain accurate master data.
Participate in S&OP processes to ensure balanced production planning.
Track and deliver key KPIs such as OTIF and supplier performance.
Supplier Management
Act as primary point of contact for suppliers.
Manage supplier performance, pricing, and service level agreements.
Monitor delivery performance and resolve issues.
Lead supplier forecasting and planning activities.
Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
People & Stakeholder Management
Lead and develop the supply chain team.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across operations, quality, and commercial functions.
Collaborate with external partners including suppliers and logistics providers.
Experience & Qualifications
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Science, or related field.
Experience in supply chain, materials, or inventory management, including leadership responsibility.
Background in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience with ERP systems and S&OP processes.
Knowledge of quality management systems is advantageous.
