Job Description
As a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in residential and aftercare services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centered care, promoting independence and inclusion while delivering high-quality support.
You will work closely with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans. This will involve supporting with daily living needs, encouraging participation in education, work, and community activities, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse care settings. A full driver's license is desirable but not essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* QQI Level 7 in Healthcare/Social Care or higher (or equivalent)
* Experience in care, aftercare, or residential services
