Job Opportunity: HR Support Specialist
As a proactive and organized HR Support Specialist, you will provide essential support to our team on a 2-month temporary contract. This office-based role involves scheduling interviews, assisting with onboarding, managing assessments, performing data entry, and general HR administrative tasks.
* Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews
* Supporting onboarding processes for new employees
* Assisting with assessments and HR documentation
* Performing accurate data entry and maintaining HR records
* Providing general administrative support to the HR team
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in HR or administrative support, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, is also required.
