Contracts Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team for a large-scale Pharmaceutical Construction project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring smooth project execution.

Job Responsibilities:

* Preparing accurate capital cost estimates
* Providing expert advice on building economics
* Developing comprehensive lifecycle cost estimates
* Advising on tendering procedures and contract arrangements
* Drafting high-quality contract packages
* Offering guidance on tendering procedures
* Negotiating with tenderers to achieve optimal outcomes
* Valuing progress on site with precision
* Effectively determining amounts of claims

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor or Master degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Substantial experience in multi-sectoral projects
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
