* Advising on tendering procedures and contract arrangements
* Drafting high-quality contract packages
* Offering guidance on tendering procedures
* Negotiating with tenderers to achieve optimal outcomes
* Valuing progress on site with precision
* Effectively determining amounts of claims
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor or Master degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Substantial experience in multi-sectoral projects
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
