Role Overview
This role is focused on customer retention and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Reducing energy costs for customers
* Identifying areas for improvement in products and services
* Handling customer inquiries for better energy offers
* Maintaining performance and customer churn through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, experience working in sales roles, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
