Global Payroll Specialist Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Global Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across Ireland and multiple global locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various payroll tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of Global Payroll Inputs: Prepare accurate and timely global payroll inputs across multiple countries.
* Partnering with External Providers: Partner with external payroll providers to resolve queries and maintain compliance.
* Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with Stock, Fleet, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners on payroll data.
* Payroll Results and Reconciliations: Balance payroll results, review all entries, and submit for approval.
* Tax Information and Payments: Verify tax information, reconciliations, and payments before disbursement.
* Time Recording and Holiday Accruals: Develop time recording and holiday accruals across countries.
* Employee Queries: Respond to employee payroll queries via the shared inbox.
Requirements:
* Education: A degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required.
* Experience: At least three years of experience in international payroll or a similar role is necessary.
* Skills: Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, are crucial. Experience with Workday, Core Pay, or Core Insight is an advantage but not required.
