Internal Recruiter (Maternity Contract) We are looking to hire an Internal Recruiter to join Sigmars Internal Support division for a Maternity Leave Contract and so we need someone to come in and take the reins and keep the momentum going.
Ideally, you will be coming from an agency recruitment environment or have previously worked in one.
The role will be tasked with hiring recruiters for Sigmar across all departments and offices.
If you have hired for Recruiters before, youll know it comes with its own rhythm.
The pace can be a mix of slow and fast, the conversations are honest, and youll just know yourself when someone is a good fit or not.
You will get to work with and hire for genuinely the soundest bunch of people who are incredibly supportive and have great craic along the way Sigmar is on a really exciting journey and is in a strong growth phase, and this role gives you the chance to directly influence that by bringing in the best talent on the market.

What Youll Be Doing Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for consultant and support roles across Sigmar.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their team needs and advise on the best hiring approach.
Source candidates through a mix of job boards, social channels, networking and referrals.
Screen and interview potential hires, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
Coordinate interviews and feedback loops, keeping communication smooth and expectations clear for everyone involved.
Support employer branding and internal talent projects during the contract period.
What Were Looking For Experience in Inhouse/TA/recruitmentagency experience is a real advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
