Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dublin for a Lettings Manager. The Lettings Manager will oversee property letting operations, manage relationships with landlords and tenants, negotiate lease agreements, and conduct property viewings. Additional responsibilities include market research to determine competitive pricing, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The role allows for a flexible work arrangement, balancing on-site and remote work.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of property lettings, market research, and pricing strategies
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to manage landlord-tenant relationships
* Proven ability to organize property viewings and handle leasing documentation accurately
* Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements in the property sector

* Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
