About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of control for practice areas.
Key responsibilities include ensuring effective oversight, reporting, and monitoring of controls, as well as efficient management of diverse, global resources and team members.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Operational Risk Management or Control, as well as experience managing teams across multiple jurisdictions.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
They will also be an excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A Global Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) is critical in identifying and mitigating risk, which means that the control manager must ensure its execution.
Additionally, the role involves directing control testing for identified risks and developing strategies to minimize them.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
You will also lead the development and implementation of process improvements and optimize existing processes.
