Product Builder Role Available in SpiddalApplications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for a position as a Product Builder with FeelTect Limited, a connected-health, medical device company based in Spiddal, Galway. This position is available immediately. We can offer considerable flexibility on hours/shifts.Job Description:The candidate will be responsible for assembling FeelTect's flagship product, Tight Alright, at our manufacturing facility in Spiddal.Duties:Assemble, build, and test units according to defined work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and effectively as part of the build process.Inspect parts and completed builds to ensure quality and consistency.Accurately record build data, test results, and any issues during the production process.Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with safety proceduresFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to identifying improvements.Work closely with engineers, production, and quality team members to report defects or issues.Support the training of new team members on build processes and best practices.Ensure products meet production deadlines and quality targets.Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.Requirements:· Proven experience in a hands-on production, assembly, or manufacturing role.· Strong attention to detail with good manual dexterity.· Ability to follow technical instructions, schematics, and build documentation.· Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.· Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.· Commitment to safety and quality standards.· Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy.· Flexibility to work in a dynamic production environment and adapt to new processes.· Basic computer literacy for recording build data and documentation.· A technical or trade background is an advantage but not essential.Salary: DOEStart date: ImmediateInformal enquiries concerning the role may be made to Darren Burke )To Apply: Applications via email, including a covering letter & CV to Closing date for receipt of applications is Friday, 21st November.All roles are recruited using Open, Transparent, Merit (OTM) and Competency based recruitment.FeelTect Limited is an equal opportunities employer.Job Type: Full-timePay: €14.00-€17.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 39 per weekWork authorisation:Ireland (preferred)Work Location: In person
