Product Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced product development manager to lead and manage new product introduction (NPI) projects from early-stage concept through to production ramp-up.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong manufacturing or process development experience to play a key role in bringing innovative medical products from concept through to commercial release.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize manufacturing processes
* Develop validation plans, risk assessments, and design transfer documentation
* Work closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to support technology transfer and pilot builds
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Manufacturing or related discipline)
* 3+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing or product development environment (ideally medical devices, pharma, or automotive)
* Proven track record of managing NPI projects and developing manufacturing processes
* Strong understanding of quality systems (ISO 13485/FDA), validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), and risk management
* Excellent communication and project coordination skills
