Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. The post holder will be responsible for providing occupational therapy supports to children and families within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* To work as a senior member of the interdisciplinary team, providing services to children and families within the region.
* To assess, diagnose, and provide intervention services to assigned caseloads, which may include children and their families on the community team and/or an assigned special school team.
* To provide clinical and performance supervision and ongoing service delivery to children with a range of disabilities attending our service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have:
* Holds professional registration on the Occupational Therapist Register maintained by the Occupational Therapist Registration Board at CORU.
* Three years full-time (or an aggregate of three years) post-qualification clinical experience.
* The requisite knowledge and ability, including a high standard of suitability and professional ability, for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
* Proof of statutory registration on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU before a contract of employment can be issued.

This is a permanent and specified purpose post for full and part-time contracts. Salary scales are subject to LSI's (Long Service Increments). The salary scale for this role is €59,662 - €70,624 pro rata per annum.
