We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team as Community Support Workers for Day Services based in Wexford: New Ross.
As a valued member of our team, you will be empowered to make a positive impact on the lives of service users, empowering them to live independent lives in their homes and communities.
* Empower Service Users to achieve their goals and aspirations by providing person-centred support.
* Support the development and delivery of tailored plans to meet the unique needs of each service user.
* Build strong community partnerships to foster active citizenship and promote inclusive practices.
* Provide safe and reliable transportation services to enable service users to access community resources.
* Take ownership of key worker duties, including weekly administration, advocacy, liaison with families, and person-centred plan development.
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant QQI qualification, minimum Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent, and experience working with service users in the disability sector. They will also have excellent communication skills, a full clean manual driving license, and previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in relevant sectors.
