We’re hiring an Implementation Specialist to join a global leader in the payments space, working at the heart of large-scale electronic payments processing projects.
This is a customer-facing, project-driven role where you’ll gain exposure to complex, high-impact implementations and build deep expertise in one of the most in-demand industries globally.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end implementation projects (technical & non-technical)
Work directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Drive projects aligned with global payment processing methodologies
Guide clients through processing rules, specifications, and documentation
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Coordinate across cross-functional internal teams
Core Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in IT systems, project delivery, or technical environments
Understanding of networks, applications, or system integrations
Strong communication skills (client-facing experience is a big plus)
A genuine interest in payments, fintech, and transaction processing
Nice to Have
Exposure to payments or financial services
Understanding of transaction lifecycles or payment flows
Experience working in project-based environments
