About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of weddings and events, including responding to inquiries, following up with guests, and managing areas to improve the quality of the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of weddings and events, including venue selection, catering, and decorations;
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
* Respond to inquiries and follow up with guests in a timely manner;
* Manage areas to improve the quality of the guest experience;
* Support the sales team by following up on all leads to maximise revenue;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A proven track record in a similar role within a busy wedding property;
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
* A proactive and driven approach to work;
* Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
* Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively;
