Role Summary We are seeking a Staff Grade Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Dublin region. The successful candidate will provide high-quality Speech and Language Therapy services, including intervention, assessment, participation in AON processes, and contribution to multidisciplinary reports and recommendations. The role also includes involvement in bespoke SLT projects and participation in ADOS assessments as required. Key Responsibilities Deliver Speech and Language Therapy assessments and interventions in line with professional standards and organisational guidelines. Conduct AON assessments and collaborate with psychology and MDT colleagues to determine outcomes and recommendations. Attend and contribute to MDT meetings; complete summary reports in a timely manner. Assist with ADOS assessments, including joint scoring and contribution of discipline-specific observations. Lead or contribute to tailored SLT projects, programme development, and service enhancement initiatives. Prepare clear, concise, and professional clinical reports using organisational templates. Provide feedback to families and relevant stakeholders as appropriate. Maintain accountability to Constellation Healthcare and adhere to all clinical, administrative, and reporting protocols. Manage assigned caseload and meet agreed monthly capacity commitments. Participate in supervision, training, and clinical governance processes. Qualifications & Requirements Recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy. CORU registration (or eligibility for registrationsupport provided for international applicants). Demonstrated clinical reasoning, assessment skills, and strong report writing ability. Experience working within paediatrics and/or neurodevelopmental services is desirable. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
