Previous experience as a Catering Assistant in Ireland with good communication and time management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good spoken English and professional approach to work.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and organize food and kitchen areas.
Serve breakfast to patients and collect trays.
Assist with food counter setup and service.
Follow portion control and check food temperatures.
Keep counters tidy and replenish items during service.
Complete additional duties as required.
Follow HACCP standards and document all cleaning.
Requirements: Garda Vetting.
Manual Handling (training can be provided).
HACCP knowledge essential (training can be provided).
