Efficiency Enhancement Manager Role Summary
Elevate operations by spearheading process improvement initiatives and refining operational effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Promote performance excellence, minimize lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction through strategic planning and implementation.
2. Guide and mentor operational leaders to integrate functions across the supply chain.
3. Develop the team's continuous improvement capabilities and oversee ongoing enhancements of standards, processes, and methodologies.
Work-related travel requirement: 10%. Primarily based in Ireland with occasional travel to EMEA sites.
Qualifications:
* Aptitude for applying Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and behavior coaching techniques.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing engineering leadership.
* Analytical skills, including statistical modeling methods, root cause analysis, and other tools.
