We're seeking a hands-on Operations & Logistics Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end warehouse and logistics function, from goods ordering and stock control through to delivery and customer fulfilment.
You'll oversee warehouse staff, drivers, and admin teams who handle goods in/out, and you'll be the central link between Purchasing, Customer Support, and Sales to ensure everything runs efficiently and accurately.
This is a practical, on-the-ground role for someone who enjoys being in the thick of operations, solving problems, and improving how things flow day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily warehouse operations receiving, storage, picking, loading, and delivery.
* Plan and optimise delivery routes for efficiency and cost control.
* Oversee goods booking processes and ensure system accuracy across admin staff.
* Coordinate with Purchasing and Suppliers on incoming goods, stock levels, and delivery timing.
* Maintain stock integrity through regular counts and reconciliation.
* Implement and enforce operational SOPs (goods-in, delivery, returns, etc.).
* Support warehouses and drivers with clear direction and performance feedback.
* Act as the main contact for Customer Support on delivery or logistics issues.
* Provide regular operational reports to the Managing Director and Finance.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations management.
* Comfortable leading from the floor — visible, practical, and organised.
* Solid understanding of goods-in/out processes, delivery scheduling, and stock systems.
* Strong people skills able to align warehouse, admin, and purchasing functions.
* Confident using warehouse or ERP software and reporting tools.
* A continuous-improvement mindset with an eye for process detail.

Pay: €65,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
