Are you a Tender Coordinator or similar with a background in either Construction or Fire Protection Systems looking for a varied role within an Award Winning, leading Manufacturing Company, offering specialist training and excellent career progression to leadership roles?
This market-leading manufacturing company provide end-to-end systems for a broad client base across numerous sectors, both in Ireland and internationally. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their team in their Mullingar office.
In this role you will coordinate and manage the full tendering process, ensuring that all submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time while collaborating closely with internal teams to secure new business opportunities. This is an office based role - Monday to Thursday you will work 09:00-17:30 with an early finish on a Friday at 15:45
This role would suit someone with strong administrative or coordination experience with a background in either construction or fire protection, that is looking to join an award Winning, leading Manufacturing Company, offering specialist training and excellent career progression to leadership roles
The Role:
Setting up new tenders on ERP System
Liaise with internal stakeholders (Estimating, Design, Engineering, Commercial, HSEQ)
Maintain tender trackers, bid calendars, and document control
Prepare high-quality written content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance
Office based role (Monday - Friday).The Person:
Strong Admin background or coordination experience
Background in Fire Protection or Construction
