Site Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day running of a high-profile project.
* Responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and direct labour.
* Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
* Liaise with the project team, design team, and clients.
* Lead site meetings and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Manager role with a main contractor.
* A proven track record managing commercial or residential projects from start to finish.
* Excellent knowledge of building regulations, health & safety, and quality standards.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A trade background or relevant construction management qualification.
* A full driving licence.
