Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MEP BIM Technician to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a vital role in the design and detailing of Mechanical and Electrical services across various sectors including Data Centre, Pharma, Healthcare, Commercial, and Education.
You will work closely with our engineering staff to produce deliverables such as drawings and schedules. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing drawings from scratch, taking ownership of discrete areas of systems coordination, and distributing and workflow processing of CAD team tasks.
Your strong technical skills and knowledge of BIM authoring software, Revit, Navisworks, and CAD will enable you to create accurate and efficient designs. Your ability to work to deadlines and prioritize your workload will be essential in meeting project timelines.
This is a permanent staff role with a competitive salary package. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, sound knowledge of REVIT/BIM/Navisworks, and proficiency in MS Office applications. A background in consulting or construction is preferred but not essential.

* 2+ years' experience in modelling mechanical and electrical systems within a consulting engineering office or building contractor

* Ability to use IT-based calculation and spreadsheet software
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
