Job Title: Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the joinery, fit-out, construction, or furniture manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning & Pre-Construction: Develop and lead full project lifecycle planning across multiple concurrent projects.
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional client communication and stakeholder engagement as the primary point of contact.
* Workshop Coordination: Collaborate closely with the joinery workshop to ensure accurate fabrication of bespoke elements.
* On-Site Installation Management: Plan and coordinate installation phases across retail, hospitality, and commercial projects nationwide.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management within joinery, fit-out, construction, or furniture manufacturing.
* Strong understanding of bespoke joinery, workshop processes, and premium commercial installations.
